No worries – our careful and dedicated team will look after anything you’ve forgotten with us. We keep your belongings safe and sound until you’re happily reunited.

We’re always happy to help you look for anything you may have forgotten, but please note that we cannot accept responsibility for items left behind in rooms or shared areas.
Once we’ve located your belonging, we’ll contact you with options to either pick it up at the resort or have it sent home to you. Please note that we store found items for up to one month from the date they are discovered.
